If you’re looking to develop your confidence as a facilitator, sharpen your skills, or deepen your understanding of group process, our autumn programme may offer the next step on your journey.
We currently have places available on both modules from our Foundations in Facilitation Skills Programme, which can be taken as standalone modules:
For those wishing to complete the full Foundations programme, an additional day (Nov 10) leads to Level 1 Accreditation.
The Foundations programme offers a space to reflect on your new or existing practice, gain clarity in your role, and reconnect with your strengths and style. It provides a solid grounding in facilitator presence, modes of authority, and working with both task and process in live groups.
If you’re interested in continuing beyond Foundations, the next step is our Certificate in Facilitation Skills, which begins in January 2026. Level 1 Accreditation is a pre-requisite for this programme and together, both programmes offer a clear pathway towards Level 2 Accreditation by spring 2026.
Building on Foundations, the Certificate programme invites a deeper enquiry into Organisational Impact and Personal Presence. With a focus on reflective practice, systems thinking, and working with complexity and emergence, it supports participants to develop greater depth, clarity, and personal authority in their facilitation.
We’ve seen how impactful it can be when participants move through both in succession, supported by a peer cohort, and applying their learning in real time between modules.
To support those choosing to book both together, we’re pleased to offer 20% off the total course fees.
Our next suite of courses begins this September and runs through to March 2026. If those dates don’t quite align with your plans, further opportunities are available later in the year, offering flexibility for those needing a later start or more space between modules.
You can explore all our courses and upcoming dates on our website, and please do get in touch if you’d like to talk it through. We’re always happy to help you work out what’s right for you.
