Our online Learning Labs are interactive, engaging sessions designed to enhance your facilitation skills while providing practical tools and insights to apply in your practice. These sessions are rooted in core facilitator competencies—Facilitation, Awareness, Contracting, Ethics, Theory, and Support (FACETS®)—and include taught content, guided activities, and practical takeaways to support your ongoing development as a facilitator.

Using approaches drawn from humanistic and therapeutic practices—including Person-Centred techniques, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and co-counselling, as well as up-to-date Organisational Development theories and practice—our Learning Labs provide focused opportunities to develop essential skills.

Each session is crafted to not only deepen your awareness but also to expand your understanding of organisations, systems, and the relationships that shape them.

‘Sharpen the saw’

Our Learning Labs offer an opportunity to ‘sharpen the saw’ by refining your emotional and relational skills, strengthening resilience, and engaging with peers in a professional, collegiate learning environment.

Costs are £80 members, £115 non-members (no VAT).
FREE for a member to invite non-members (one guest per event per year).
