The course will enable applicants to work effectively with both group process and task, will provide ample opportunity to explore one’s own limitations and edges of learning, and will make explicit the link between personal and professional development.
Course Content
This course will introduce you to an advanced range of Organisational Development models in the spirit of action-led learning (rather than theory-led teaching) to promote deep understanding and long-term relevance to your own facilitation aims and situations. The course content will lead you through:
- A variety of ways to look at human system dynamics including constellations and psychodrama
- Culture change and social transformation
- Peer Group Behaviours
- Advanced Integrated Facilitation – developing and communicating your own philosophy of practice
- Effective facilitation in various environments including the outdoors
- Experiential Learning and Own Supervision
- Accreditation
This partly residential programme supports deeper insight into group dynamics and support work within evolving group, team, or organisational contexts. Many participants bring a background in organisational development, community change, or systems leadership, and are looking to sharpen their practice for greater social or systemic impact.
