Mid-Year Reflections & Opportunities for Connection

As we move into the second half of the year, we want to thank everyone who has joined us so far – for workshops, training, conversations and moments of shared reflection. It’s been a joy to learn and explore together.

This month, we’ve been reflecting on our Online Foundations in Facilitation Skills programme. Our Foundations course has been well established over many years, and we’ve piloted this new online version twice with a global organisation. We originally scheduled an open programme for May–July, but uptake has been slower than usual – prompting a reschedule and a moment of pause.

We’ve been wondering – are there unspoken hesitations around online facilitation training? Is it a matter of timing, format, or something else we’ve yet to see clearly?

Now that we’ve moved the dates to September onwards, we’re opening up the conversation to our community. If you feel able to share this opportunity with others in your network, thank you. Also, if you’ve thoughts, reflections, or feedback to share – about online development spaces in general, facilitation, membership, training, accreditation and beyond – we’d love to hear from you.

Virtual catch up reminder:

A reminder that our next Virtual Catch-Up is on 19 June – an informal, drop-in space to pause, connect, and reflect together. No agenda, just conversation. Find out more and register here. We would love to see you there.
