New pathways into our Certificates course – join us in 2026

We’re pleased to let you know that, following conversations with our members, we have extended the entry criteria for our Certificate in Facilitation Skills programme, making it more accessible for experienced facilitators who are ready to deepen their practice. With places still available for our 2026 course dates, we wanted to share more about these updates and extend an invitation to join us next year.
Updated entry criteria

As before, if you have attained Level 1 Accreditation with us, you are automatically able to enrol for the Certificate programme. Now, you are also now also eligible to join if you have equivalent training and experience, such as via in-house training, validated course providers or demonstrable prior experience/learning. If you are interested in developing yourself and your practice, do contact us.

About the Certificate programme

This five-day Certificate-level programme deepens and extends learning beyond the Foundations Programme (or equivalent). Learning is extended ‘outwards’ — offering a range of theoretical and practical approaches to underpin effective Organisational Development (OD) — and ‘inwards’, to a deeper grounding of personal presence, awareness, assurance and skill as a facilitator. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect, experiment, and refine your approach in a live group setting, receiving valuable feedback from fellow professionals.

Our holistic approach to participative learning creates a supportive environment that integrates personal advancement, emotional awareness with the broader context in which you work, helping you refine your professional offering and personal style.

Find out more on our website, and if you’re ready to step ahead, we welcome you to enquire or apply now.

Our 2026 programme dates are:

This course is held at Henley Business School in Henley-on-Thames, set on the banks of the River Thames.

Not ready for the Certificate course just yet? Repeating another course could be a valuable next step instead…

Repeating a course you have previously completed can be a powerful experience – building confidence, refreshing skills, and offering new insights as your practice evolves. You can read more on the experience and benefits of repeating a course in this article by Emily Barrett: Group Dynamics – Reattending and Reflecting. Do get in touch if you’d like to explore this option.

We look forward to welcoming you, whether on the Certificate programme or at another event in 2026.
