Facilitating Action Learning Sets and 2019 dates

LEARNING DAYS

Our next Learning Day, on the topic of Facilitating Action Learning Sets, is on Monday 2nd July and will be led by Brian Watts.

We shall examine the work of Reginald Revans, a founder of the Action Learning concept, and practice running a learning set according to his method.  We shall then critique and extend the method in light of our shared experience.
Action Learning is being renewed in popularity and this workshop will suit those who wish to run learning sets in their organisation, or who are looking for creative methods to problem solve and embed learning.  A highly participative day, the focus will be upon skills practice and will have a view of relevant theory to underpin and inform that practice.
  • Facilitating Action Learning Sets – 2 July
  • Facilitating Diverse Groups – 8 October
Our Learning/Taster Days (10am-4pm, £80 for members and £100 for non members, Highfield Park, Hook) are a good way to reconnect, find out more about our way of working and refresh your skills in a peer learning environment.
