In recent conversations, during catch-ups, supervision sessions and events, a recurring theme has emerged. Many of you have been reflecting on the importance of staying connected, developing your practice, and making time to pause and review. With this in mind, we wanted to share a reminder of the continued professional development opportunities we offer, both online and in person, and to invite you to make use of them in whatever way feels useful.
Whether you’re working independently or in a team, facilitation can be rich and rewarding, but also sometimes isolating or intense. Our Continued Professional Development opportunities are here to support you with meaningful ways to connect with peers, engage in reflective practice, and continue growing your skills.
Continued Professional Development Opportunities:
Our in-person Learning Days are an excellent opportunity for all facilitators (new, experienced and occasional) to meet, review and share good practice. They offer a rich day of enquiry, collaborative learning and a gentle stretch. Participants leave with new ideas, resources and a refreshed practice around a particular topic, and new or renewed connections with peers.
Next up: 20th October – Theatre of the Oppressed, an experiential day with rich relevance for group facilitation.
Our online Learning Labs are interactive, engaging sessions designed to enhance your facilitation skills while providing practical tools and insights to apply in your practice. These sessions include taught content, guided activities and practical takeaways.
Coming up: 25th September – join us for a Learning Lab on Reflective Practice, an opportunity to pause and notice what’s emerging in your work.
One-to-one or group supervision is a core part of a healthy facilitation practice. It’s a space for deeper reflection, learning and support, and all members can book one free session each year.

As summer unfolds and you start to look ahead, we’d encourage you to explore what’s coming up and get in touch if you’d like to suggest topics, run a session, or book a supervision meeting.
Wishing you a good balance of rest and renewal, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
