Learning Day-May 9th (at VW Financial Services) and Foundations Programme dates

Congratulations to our newest accredited members Paul, Eddie and Amanda and to all participants on our most recent Foundations Programme: Georgea, Bethany, Nick, Michael, Milli, Sandra, Liz and Anne.

Our next Learning and Taster Day will take place on Monday May 9th (10am-4pm, £100 for members and £80 for non members).

Thanks to Phil Watson, this will be taking place at the offices of VW Financial Services in Milton Keynes.  Phil has invited his colleague Cathy Pearson, Head of Talent and Learning, to talk to us for part of the day about talent and leadership development at VWFS.

As well as being a great opportunity to hear about VWFS development from the people who work there, the day is a chance for all facilitators (new, experienced and occasional) to meet, review and share good practice. We intend this to be a forum for us to learn from one another about differing styles, content, activities, context, client work, challenges, directions etc.  We anticipate that we will all leave with new ideas, resources and a refreshed practice, having made and renewed our connections.

This would also be a good taster day for those wishing to learn more about AoF and meet some of our accredited facilitators.

If you can’t make May 9th in Milton Keynes, then our next Learning Day is July 12th (Hook, Hampshire).
