As group facilitators we face the repeating demands that our work with groups and teams place upon us. At times we can feel a little ‘bent out of shape’ and intuitively long for a little respite and an opportunity to reset and refresh. We don’t need to attend another course, we don’t need coaching, we just need some purposeful space.
If this sounds familiar why not join us for this short retreat in the enriching woodlands of Hazel Hill Wood, near Salisbury Wiltshire.
In this secluded and nurturing place we can each take time to do the work we need to do, often that will be deep and gentle, insightful and restorative, attending to ourselves in a holistic way.
Working at our own pace, we can each enjoy solitude, or walking and talking, or lightly-facilitated group activity including bodywork, imagework, and other creative forms of expression.
Bathed in 70 acres of quiet and secluded woodland we will allow the habitat of wildflowers, trees, animals and fungi, to help us retreat from the demands of work.
We retreat in order to advance, and anticipate our facilitation (and our souls) will be refreshed and enriched as a result as a result of being with ourselves… with others… in the forest.
