Early Bird Discounts for 2014 courses, Facilitator Jobs, Congratulations

Greetings!

Congratulations to our newest accredited members who, after four intensive days of training together, participated in a day of self-and-peer assessment together at the beautiful venue of Highfield Park in September.  The process was rich and full of learning.  We are delighted to have been along for part of the journey of this group of skilled facilitators from a mix of business, charity and education settings.

Our 2014 courses are now open for booking and a generous Early Bird discount (990 instead of 1390) is available for those booking our Foundations in Facilitation Skills programme before December 1st.

See below also for more about our Find A Facilitator service which continues to attract attention and requests from a range of organisations, here and abroad.

Find A Facilitator  2. Find A Facilitator Requests

Our Find a Facilitator service continues to be extremely popular with regular enquiries from the UK and abroad.  We have been pleased to put forward AoF Accredited Facilitators for a wide range of roles and feedback on our candidates and our service has been highly positive.  Clients seem to value the fact that our members are active in their professional development and that they are signed up to our Code of Practice.

We frequently use members’ Learning Records to match clients with freelance facilitators who have indicated they are willing to be put in touch with clients. If you are a Member interested in receiving referrals for freelance work, we would encourage you to log in and keep your Learning Record up to date and keep in touch with us about your availability.  Please also feel free to recommend our service to colleagues and clients.

We may make changes to the way we offer facilitator referrals in the future.  For now, the service remains free to both facilitators and clients.

3. CONGRATULATIONS!
… to our newest Accredited Members and participants on our Foundations in Facilitation Style course:  Annette, Annie, Crispin, Dafydd, Dai, David, Gina, Girda and Graham.
One of our participants is preparing an article about her experience of the programme.  We will send a link to this and post in on our website when the ink is dry.
